At Peachy Cherie, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions below:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, lip products, mascaras, and opened cosmetics cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at peachycherieke@gmail.com with your order number and details.

• Once approved, ship the item back to us using a secure delivery method.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Refunds are issued via M-Pesa or original payment method.
