Yes! At Peachy Cherie, we only stock 100% authentic products sourced from authorized suppliers and trusted global beauty retailers. No fakes, no replicas — just genuine brands you love.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Nairobi: 1–2 business days

  • Rest of Kenya: 2–4 business days

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Enjoy free delivery on all orders above KSh 5,000. For orders below this, standard shipping rates apply:

  • Nairobi: Ksh 250-550 (check shipping zones on check out)

  • Other towns: please contact us to arrange delivery outside Nairobi

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and other secure card payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days if your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, mascaras, and lip products cannot be returned.
